regular/factory/christmas sets
What is the difference between hand-collated and factory sets and why are the two sometime listed at an identical price?Why is the factory set
sometimes more, even when the number of cards are identical to the hand-collated set?
What are Christmas sets? Thanks Jane

edited to add- 8 months,463 views and no one replied....... well in case someone else has this question..
Hand collated- put together by "hand" from opening packs. Depending on how the cards were handled, they could have condition problems,thus lowering
their value. Also are you going to count all 600 or 700 cards at the card shop where you bought them? What if you buy thru the mail and 2 are not in
there. Will the seller believe you or even give you a refund?
Factory set- Assembled at the factory and in most cases sealed in cellophane wrap to prevent cards being removed or switching out and replaced with
lesser conditioned cards.
Christmas set- Issued around Christmas and from what I assume all have a different packaging theme vs. the standard factory sets.
Prices vary on everything. the factory sets should be higher because there is less of a chance of having condition issues, missing cards etc. Some
will buy hand collated hoping a collector put the set together from an early run and contains rare error cards the current seller is unaware of.
Some just prices their stuff to high from lack of knowledge,hoping to get lucky,overpaid when they bought it etc.
