414962-104 Nike Air More Uptempo Olympic 2016

Taking cues from the 1996 version, the New Jordans 2016 makes it's return. Features the signature enlarged "AIR" on a suede upper with perforations for breathability. A full-length air sole provides maximum cushioning, while the mesh tongue lets your feet breathe. With 2016 just less than a month away, Nike is readying for the 20th anniversary of one of the greatest '90s basketball shoes, the Nike Air More Uptempo. Often considered Scottie Pippen's unofficial signature sneaker for having famously worn them during the Chicago Bulls' record 1995-1996 NBA season, the model stands out for its inflated "AIR" branding across the entire shoe's side panels. It also features a full-length Air unit and a rubber outsole.
2016 Jordans For Sale, 2016 will mark the 20th Anniversary of the 1996 USA Olympic Team which was packed with talent like Charles Barkley, Clyde Drexler, Magic Johnson and that's just naming a few. Scottie Pippen was also on the squad which is referred to as the 'Dream Team 2' and his shoes, the Nike Air More Uptempo "Olympic" will return in 2016 celebrating the 20th Anniversary. Overall, the 2016 edition of the "Olympic" Nike Air More Uptempo will look like the original release that took place back in 1996 and retro 2012. Made infamous by Scottie Pippen wearing this model during the 1996 Olympics which at the heel shows his number 8. Nike has decided to remove Pippen's Olympic number for the 2016 release for reasons unknown. Other than that, the large AIR across the sides will come in white while blue hits the panels, tongue and other small areas and finally an orange Swoosh on the tongue.
The Nike Air More Uptempo is set for a new release next week, continuing the Swoosh's recent efforts to revitalize a number of their many, many retro silhouettes. The Nike Air More Uptempo was originally released in 1996. Designed by Wilson Smith, details include the word "Air" incorporated onto the upper and blow molded visible Air Sole units. Scottie Pippen would lace up an "Olympic" edition for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games, en route to a gold medal for Team USA. Marking the 20th anniversary of one of the most easily recognizable basketball sneakers ever created, the shoe will be available in its original colourway, with three visible Air sole units and the iconic, head-turning "Air" branding on the side. The Air More Uptempo oozes with '90s nostalgia and is perfect for hitting either the hardwood or the street this summer.
