It is a Collectors Quarterly card.
Prototype # 3, U.S. Olympian.
He is # 9 in the card.

I would like some information on this card, as well. A friend of mine looked up this card and told me it was worth $2700! I have one of these cards in mint condition sealed in a plastic case. Jordan's U.N.C. Statistics are on the back and on the front it says 1984 United States Basketball Team. Jordan is dunking the basketball and his jersey reads USA 9.
