I found a set of cards under my bed.
They are Topps 1984 All-Stars Set, collectors edition. I cannot find anything about them.

There are 2 different sets of 1984 All-Star cards. A 22 card set and a 40 card set. They were a mail in contest type of issue. The 22 card set is valued at about $2.00 and the 40 card set about $3.00.
